At Elixir Store, we believe the best gifts feel personal. That’s why we offer custom lettering across our range, so you can turn everyday pieces into something made just for them (or you).

Whether it’s initials on a makeup bag, a name on a travel case or a tray for their bedside, we make gifting a little more considered.

Personalise almost any piece

Most of the products on our website can be customised with:

  • Initials

  • A name

  • A short word or phrase (within the character limits shown on each product page)

Where personalisation is available, you’ll see an option on the product page to add your custom lettering before you add the item to your basket.

If you’re ever unsure, just ask – we’re happy to confirm what’s possible for a specific product.

How gifting & personalisation works

  1. Choose your product

    • Select the item you’d like to gift from our website.

  2. Add the custom lettering

    • Use the personalisation box on the product page to enter initials, a name or wording (within the stated limit).

  3. Review your spelling

    • Double-check everything before checkout – we start working on custom orders quickly.

  4. Place your order

    • Once your order is placed, you have a 1-hour window to request changes to the custom text. After that, it’s sent to our workshop to be made.

Special requests & bespoke ideas

If you have something a bit more specific in mind, for example:

  • Bulk gifts for a bridal party, team or event

  • Matching sets with the same or co-ordinated initials

  • Corporate gifting with consistent branding

  • Any other custom request that isn’t shown on the product page
