Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us.

This email will include:

  • Your order number

  • Your tracking number (if available)

  • A link or details on how to track your parcel


How to track your parcel

  1. Open your shipping confirmation email.

  2. Find your tracking number.

  3. Go to: parcelsapp.com

  4. Enter your tracking number to see the latest updates on your delivery.


Haven’t received a tracking email?

If it’s been a few working days since you placed your order and you haven’t received a shipping confirmation:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • Make sure you’re checking the same email address you used at checkout.

  • If you still can’t find it, email us at support@elixirstore.co.uk with your order number and we’ll help you.
