These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which you may use our website and purchase products from us.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.


1. Who we are

2. Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

  • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, any other person.

  • We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site, suspend accounts or cancel orders if we believe there is misuse, fraud or a breach of these Terms.


3. Our products

  • We sell beauty, fragrance and accessory products, including personalised and custom items.

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images and colours are accurate; however, minor variations may occur (for example, due to screen settings, finishes or material batches).

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time.


4. Prices and payment

  • All prices shown on the Site are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We may update prices from time to time; any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

  • You must pay in full for your order (including any applicable shipping charges) at checkout using one of the payment methods offered on the Site.

  • By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed.


5. Orders and contract formation

  • When you place an order on the Site, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This is not acceptance of your order.

  • A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch the product(s) and send you a shipping confirmation email.

  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where:

    • The product is unavailable

    • We cannot obtain authorisation for payment

    • There is an error in the price or description

    • We suspect fraud, unauthorised activity or a breach of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.


6. Personalised and custom items

Many of our products can be personalised (for example, with initials or names).

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details (e.g. spelling, initials, name, colour choices) are correct at the time of order.

  • Personalised or custom items are created specifically for you and, as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy:

    • They are generally non-returnable and non-refundable if you change your mind, order the wrong product, or enter the personalisation incorrectly.

    • If a personalised item arrives faulty, damaged, or with an error caused by us, we will provide a replacement free of charge once we have received and approved suitable proof.

7. Shipping and delivery

  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Please check this information carefully, as we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Our available shipping methods, delivery timeframes and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, courier delays, customs checks, strikes, extreme weather).

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to collect from a delivery office, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend, or deduct shipping costs from any refund (where applicable).


8. Returns, refunds and replacements

Our procedures for returns, refunds and replacements are detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which includes:

  • 30-day returns for eligible non-personalised items

  • Conditions for accepted returns (e.g. unused, original packaging)

  • Rules on personalised items (non-returnable unless faulty or defective)

  • When return shipping is your responsibility (e.g. change of mind or ordering the wrong product)

  • When we will provide a free replacement (e.g. faulty or incorrect items on delivery)

9. Promotions, discount codes and gift cards

  • From time to time, we may run promotions or offer discount codes. Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the Site or in our marketing.

  • Discounts may be subject to minimum spend requirements, expiry dates, product exclusions or use limits.

  • Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes:

    • Can only be used once per customer

    • Cannot usually be combined with other offers

    • Cannot be applied to previous orders

  • If you purchase using a discount and later return goods, any refund will be based on the amount actually paid, not the original full price.


10. Accounts and security

  • You may be able to create an account on our Site to manage orders and save details. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts if we suspect misuse, fraud or a breach of these Terms.

  • Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.


11. Reviews, comments and user content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos or other content (“User Content”) to the Site:

  • You must not submit anything that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, misleading, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

  • You confirm that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, copy, modify and display your User Content in connection with our business (for example, on the Site or our social channels), in line with applicable laws.

  • We may remove or edit User Content at any time if we believe it breaches these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

  • All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property rights.

  • The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as payment providers, social platforms or analytics tools). These are provided for your convenience only.

  • We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites or services.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any matter where it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability

Subject to the above:

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable when you use the Site or when a contract is formed between us.

  • We are not liable for any business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, contract, data or goodwill, where you use our products or Site in a business context.

  • Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any contract for the sale of products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.


15. Events beyond our control

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, communication network failures or other force majeure events).

If such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its effects and keep you informed where possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements or the way the Site operates.

When we do so, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The version of the Terms in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
